The Belongings of the Air (Las pertenencias del aire) is a photographic essay developed from the dialogue between the memory of visions experienced during an Ayahuasca trip and the encounter with the Amazonian territory. The book reconstructs a singular and subjective imagery developed through various scenarios and through symbolic equivalences documented over more than a decade of travel through various Amazonian rivers. The liminal experience of these visions amplifies the lyrical and visceral character of the landscape and the natural environment, favoring an introspective approach that observes the potential transmutations of the characters and animals as subjects of the same essence.
