The chairlift brings me to the top. As the slope isn't steep, I have to use my poles at first. It must be five o'clock, because I'm the last to come down. It's almost night; the snow is an evening blue and the set sun's light is burning across the horizon. I gently ski down without need of turns and as I head down into the valley, everything is getting more and more dark. That's when the light of a small bar at the end of the run catches my eye. However, when I get up close to it, I have to keep on going. Through the window, I saw the boy I was with last year.
