The Entertainment Society:
Masao Mochizuki documented a year of Japanese television, creating an archive of the programs he watched over a 12-month period. Using a modified camera, multiple images were captured within the same frame, resulting in 35,600 individual images. These montages reflect both the fusion of culture, drama, and information broadcast by television in its continuous cycle and the arbitrary notion of viewer pleasure.
