This book was originally produced in 2020 in an edition of 76 copies created following the Photobook as Object masterclass by Yumi Goto and Jan Rosseel. “Sokohi”, is a Japanese term that describes an eye disease that causes loss of vision. In this work, Suzuki documents his father's loss of vision due to glaucoma, the images are a mix between family archives and photographs taken by his father. He tries to show us what people with this disease can no longer perceive and conversely what they see that we do not.
